Entry-Level Sales & Leadership Development Role

The Summers Agency is looking for motivated individuals who want more than a traditional job — people who want to build income, develop leadership skills, and grow into a long-term business opportunity.

This is a performance-based, commission-only role with uncapped earning potential.

What You’ll Do:

• Help clients understand life insurance options
• Work with individuals who have requested information
• Learn a proven sales system with full training provided
• Develop leadership skills with long-term growth potential
• Opportunity to build and lead your own team over time

Compensation:

• 100% commission-based (no hourly pay or base salary)
• Uncapped earning potential
• Average part-time agents: $2K–$5K/month
• Full-time agents: $6K–$12K+/month
• Leadership and override income available

• Open to obtaining a life insurance license (assistance provided)
