What You’ll Tackle
Print and assign pick tickets each day to keep work flowing.
Schedule/request shipping routings and maintain routing/timeline requirements.
Stay on top of emails and respond promptly.
Coordinate labeling for off-price market orders.
Plan and prioritize orders—past-due and upcoming—plus process group orders.
Follow up on delayed transfers or purchase orders; expedite inventory when required.
Run metrics and compile performance reports for visibility and action.
Track and resolve missed shipments.
Comply with all organizational policies, rules, and regulations.
Support additional related duties as assigned.
What You Bring to the Table
At least 3 years in warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing operations.
Comfort using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; Epicor experience is advantageous.
Strong verbal and written communication.
Leadership presence with practical problem-solving skills; team-first mindset.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities under pressure.
Forklift certification or willingness to obtain it.
