  • 10-4 Logistics USA is seeking full-time W2 Class A CDL drivers based in Winter Haven, FL. Candidates with limited or no professional driving experience are encouraged to apply through a paid Class A training program. Positions are available across OTR, regional, and dedicated fleets, with primary operations east of I-35. What we offer

Training program (for candidates with limited or no experience)

  • Training covers safe tractor‑trailer operation, compliant ELD use, trip reporting, pre‑trip/post‑trip inspections, and company procedures.
  • Progress is assessed through supervised driving and competency evaluations prior to solo assignments.

Typical duties

  • Safely operate a Class A tractor‑trailer in accordance with DOT and company regulations.
  • Haul primarily no‑touch dry van freight (approximately 70% drop‑and‑hook) for customers across the Eastern U.S.
  • Manage schedules to meet pickup and delivery commitments and maintain on‑time performance.
  • Maintain accurate ELD logs, trip reports, and DVIRs.
  • Perform required pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections and report equipment defects or maintenance needs.
  • Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and team members.

Qualifications

  • Seeking full-time W2 Class A CDL drivers; candidates with limited or no professional driving experience may qualify for the paid training program.
  • Recent CDL school graduates must have completed at least 120 hours of instruction to be eligible for the training program.
  • Must comply with DOT medical and licensing requirements applicable to Class A operators.
