ATM/Arcade Systems Service Engineer

Your mission: keep commerce moving and fun flowing. As a field engineer, you’ll be the on‑site expert who installs, services, and restores ATM and amusement equipment so customers get a seamless experience—every time.

Impact you’ll make

You’ll be the go‑to problem solver across multiple sites, independently tackling everything from first‑time installations to complex failures. You’ll combine methodical diagnostics with hands‑on repairs, clear communication, and a focus on uptime.

Core responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and bring online ATMs and coin‑op amusement systems.
  • Identify and correct mechanical, electrical, and software issues.
  • Execute preventative maintenance to reduce failures and extend equipment life.
  • Replace parts: bill validators, card readers, monitors, wiring, buttons, and other assemblies.
  • Perform software/firmware updates.
  • Restock and service equipment during scheduled routes.
  • Provide professional customer service and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly.

Qualifications

  • Valid Class E driver’s license with a good driving history.
  • Mechanical aptitude plus basic electrical troubleshooting experience.
  • Detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to read technical documentation and wiring diagrams (preferred).
  • Experience with arcade games, vending, kiosks, ATMs, or similar tech preferred—not required.
  • Self‑directed and comfortable working solo in the field.

Physical capabilities

  • Lift up to 75 lbs.
  • Frequent bending, kneeling, ladder work, and tight‑space access.
  • Prolonged standing and walking.

Work pattern

  • Monday–Friday.
  • One weekend every 3–4 weeks.
  • Emergency on‑call 1–2 days weekly.
  • Occasional overnight travel.
