Junior Commercial Driver's License Truck Driver

We are seeking recent CDL school graduates to join our expanding Eastern fleet, operating from the Jersey City, NJ area. This opportunity offers paid training, mentorship, and a structured path to build a long-term driving career.

Position details

• Predictable regional routes centered on the Eastern region, with operations serving Jersey City and surrounding areas
• Approximately 3,000 miles per week
• No-touch dry van freight
• Majority of loads are drop-and-hook
• Brand-new automatic trucks
• Trucks fully assigned to each driver; no slip seating
• 24/7 dispatch support
• Flexible home time options, including weekly or every-other-week schedules

Training program

• Paid training available for drivers who have completed at least 120 hours of CDL school instruction
• Work with an experienced mentor, focus on safety, and gain on-road experience to build confidence

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 120 hours of CDL school instruction
• Satisfactory driving record
• Must meet DOT and hiring requirements
• Available to start as soon as possible
