We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Travel Client Success Representative to join our growing remote team. In this role you will support clients throughout their travel planning journey by providing exceptional service, timely communication, and personalized assistance. This fully remote opportunity is targeted to candidates located in Paterson, New Jersey, or the surrounding area and may require coordination with Eastern Time (ET) schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from initial inquiry through post-travel follow-up.
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and online platforms to assist with travel inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Coordinate travel arrangements including accommodations, transportation, and related services in accordance with client needs and supplier terms.
- Provide accurate information regarding destinations, travel options, pricing, and policies.
- Maintain organized client records and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and data accuracy.
- Follow up with clients to confirm satisfaction and resolve any concerns or issues.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and handoffs.
- Stay up to date on travel trends, supplier updates, and relevant industry guidelines.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while coordinating with team members as needed.
- Basic computer proficiency and the ability to navigate online reservation systems and communication tools.
- Customer service experience preferred but not required.
