This is a field role: the work happens at customer and job sites rather than at a single worksite, and you will be based within driving distance of the job location. Expect extended assignments of three months or more at a time.

$45 Per diem 7 days per week for meals & gas. $ 315 weekly tax-free
We guarantee a minimum of 50 hours per week. Time and a half pay for hours over 40.

SMT Operator $36 hr
SMT Operator
Operates SMT equipment and supports the front-end population workflow.
Operators will execute established work rather than perform setup, startup, changeover, programming, or parameter changes. Frontgrade FTEs handle setup and changeover.
Equipment includes Europlacer pick-and-place machines, DEK Horizon 8 stencil screen printers, BTU six-zone reflow ovens, Koh Young 3D SPI, and Nordson 3D AOI.
Parts are supplied by tape/reel and trays. Screen printing uses stencil printing with manual solder paste loading.
Boards are larger surface-mount boards, approximately 18 x 20 inches, and are less dense than the smaller rework/inspection boards but similar in architecture and component types.- Components on boards include ceramic capacitors, diodes, GaN FETs, ICs, inductors, transformers, resistors, JANTX/JAN-military components, and small component sizes such as 0402 and 1212.
Operators may perform light equipment troubleshooting during operation, such as responding to low feeder conditions.
No programming or process parameter changes are expected.
