Your Mission
Lead our CNC milling domain, where your strategic influence will drive exceptional production results. You'll be tasked with mentoring machinists, refining workflows, and ensuring that safety and quality are never compromised.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct the daily milling operations, aligning production with our high standards.
- Mentor and develop our team of machinists, elevating their skills.
- Design and enforce SOPs, promoting a culture of safety and efficiency.
- Diagnose and resolve equipment issues swiftly to reduce downtime.
- Work closely with design and engineering on process enhancements.
- Ensure materials and tools are available to meet production schedules.
- Perform safety audits and lead by example in promoting workplace safety.
- Track production metrics and suggest improvements for optimization.
Qualified Candidate Profile
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years supervising CNC milling operations.
- Skills: Proficient in CNC programming and machining techniques.
- Attributes: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Ability to interpret blueprints and quality guidelines.
- Education: An Associate's degree in Manufacturing Technology is advantageous.
