We are seeking motivated individuals in the New Britain, Connecticut area who want to build a career in the insurance industry. A license is not required to begin; guidance will be provided throughout the licensing process.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their insurance needs.
• Present and recommend insurance products, including life, health, and retirement insurance.
• Provide ongoing support to clients and maintain positive professional relationships.
• Manage leads and follow up with prospective clients; training is provided.
• Stay current with industry standards and applicable compliance requirements.
