Junior Commercial Driver's License Truck Driver

You’ve earned your CDL. Now it’s time to gain the experience that turns it into a long-term career. We are seeking CDL school graduates to join our expanding Eastern fleet based in Columbia, South Carolina. Our paid training program is designed for new drivers who want hands-on mentorship, road experience, and the ability to earn right away.

Compensation and benefits

Position overview

• Predictable regional routes originating from Columbia, SC
• Approximately 3,000 miles per week
• No-touch dry van freight
• Majority of loads are drop-and-hook
• Brand-new automatic trucks
• Trucks fully loaded and assigned to each driver—no slip seating
• 24/7 dispatch support
• Flexible home-time options: home weekly or home every other week

Training program

Drivers who have completed at least 120 hours of CDL school instruction are eligible for the paid training program. Trainees are paired with an experienced mentor, focus on safe driving practices, and gain the on-road experience needed to progress confidently.

Minimum requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 120 hours of CDL school instruction
• Satisfactory driving record
• Must meet DOT and company hiring requirements
• Availability to start as soon as possible
