Imagine this scenario

A PLC alarm flags a fault on a conveyor motor. You review the symptoms, isolate the issue with targeted electrical troubleshooting, verify safe lockout, replace and test the component, and document the fix. Before wrapping up, you complete a scheduled HVAC check and perform a machine safety inspection on adjacent equipment to prevent future downtime. That’s a win.

Role priorities

• Own heavy equipment maintenance and repair to keep performance high.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective fixes.
• Perform commercial electrical installations and repairs to safety standards.
• Carry out precise electrical troubleshooting to locate and resolve faults.
• Provide HVAC installation, service, and routine maintenance.
• Conduct machine safety inspections to maintain a safe workplace.
• Service and repair conveyor systems to ensure smooth operations.
• Work collaboratively with peers to improve safety and efficiency.

What makes you a great fit

• Demonstrated success in heavy equipment repair and maintenance.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting background in industrial settings.
• Expertise with commercial electrical systems (installation and repair).
• OSHA 10-Hour Certification (OSHA 10) required.
• Experience providing HVAC service, installation, and maintenance.
• Skilled in machine safety inspections and safety best practices.
• Knowledgeable about conveyor systems and upkeep.
• Detail-oriented, strong problem solver; effective both solo and with a team.
