Travel Client Success Representative – Remote

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Travel Client Success Representative to join our growing remote team. This fully remote position is intended for candidates based in Atlanta, GA, and work may be scheduled to align with Eastern Time (ET) hours as required. In this role you will support clients throughout their travel-planning journey by providing timely, personalized assistance and maintaining a high standard of service from inquiry through post-travel follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients via phone, email, and online platforms to respond to travel inquiries and provide guidance.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements including accommodations, transportation, and related services.
  • Provide accurate information regarding destinations, travel options, policies, and supplier requirements.
  • Maintain organized client records and documentation in company systems.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and facilitate resolutions.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and handoffs.
  • Stay informed on travel trends, supplier updates, and industry guidelines relevant to client needs.
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all client interactions.

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment and managing a remote workload.
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate online booking and CRM systems.
  • Customer service experience preferred but not required.
  • Genuine interest in travel and in helping clients create memorable experiences.
  • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace suitable for remote work.
