Picture your day in our New Stanton, PA facility: you arrive at your test bay, review the latest engineering package, and set up AC dielectric gear alongside AC/DC power supplies. You connect leads to a refurbished medium-voltage breaker, verify every point-to-point wire against the schematic, and capture readings on an oscilloscope and multimeter. A quick check-in with the Assistant Area Manager, Mechanical Product, helps prioritize the queue. Throughout the shift, you assemble hardware, torque fasteners, and document results that confirm the safety and performance of our low- and medium-voltage switchgear.
You’ll begin under close supervision in a structured training status. Your early assignments are thoroughly checked for quality and accuracy. As your skill and confidence grow, so will your independence and decision-making authority.
