  • 25 - 29 USD Hourly

Shape precision parts that change lives—overnight in Akron

It’s 3rd shift in Akron, OH. You clock in, review the job traveler and I.P. sheets, and head to your mill‑turn. The first task is a change‑over for a new lot of medical instruments. You stage tools, dial in offsets, and run the first piece—then document results on the First Piece Log. With the green light on quality, you keep production flowing, deburr edges to a flawless finish, and verify dimensions using gauges and other inspection tools. Between runs, you perform daily preventative maintenance so the machine stays as precise as your measurements.

  • Complete required documentation (job traveler, I.P. sheets, etc.) and facilitate use of the First Piece Log
