365 Freight USA is hiring recent CDL-A graduates and newly licensed drivers in the Montgomery, AL area for a paid 4–6 week mentor program that leads to solo regional driving. This opportunity provides hands-on road training, modern equipment, full benefits after training, and a defined path into regional routes serving the Southeast and Eastern U.S. Schedules are designed to keep drivers closer to home while developing safe driving habits for a steady solo role.

Route details
- Begin with a paid mentor program focused on safe, professional driving skills

- Follow DOT regulations, company policies, and hours-of-service requirements
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logs and paperwork
- Communicate professionally with mentors, dispatch, and customers
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- Graduate of an accredited CDL school
- Clean motor vehicle record
- Able to meet DOT physical requirements and complete required pre-employment screenings
- Safety-first mindset, reliability, coachability, and professional communication
- No prior over-the-road experience required
