We expect this role to predominantly focus on the Northern Indiana Market with approximately 25% overnight travel depending on exactly where the candidate is located in relation to the majority of our customers. We don't expect this to be a "Road Warrior" type of position and that you'll launch from and return home most days.
We’re seeking a CNC machining enthusiast who thrives on learning, innovating, and helping customers improve how they manufacture their products.
Key Qualifications:
Ability to train, mentor and guide others
Strong understanding of process cycle times and machining capabilities
Proficiency with CNC controls such as Fanuc, Siemens, or similar
Strong experience with CAM software such as Mastercam, GibbsCAM, ESPRIT, or equivalent
Hands-on expertise in **milling and/or turning; **ideally experience with 5-axis milling and or milturns - or the desire and ability to learn these skill sets
