Beast Mode Truckin seeks dependable Class A CDL drivers, including recent graduates, for regional lanes with weekly weekend home time. Paid training and on-road mentoring are provided for drivers with limited experience.
- Compensation: $1,100–$1,400 weekly (experience-dependent). Per-mile: $0.56–$0.64. Trainee pay typically $650+/week (4–6 weeks). $15 stop pay. Monthly performance bonus $0.06/mi for qualifying drivers exceeding 9,200 miles.
- Lanes & schedule: Central U.S. regional lanes (to KS, PA, MN, GA). Weekly weekend home time; schedules typically Sun–Thu or Tue–Sat. Typical miles: 1,700–2,400/week.
- Freight & equipment: 53' dry vans. 100% no-touch freight; majority drop-and-hook with occasional live load/unload.
- Training & benefits: Structured orientation and on-road mentoring; drivers with <6 months’ experience usually run OTR with a trainer 4–6 weeks. Benefits (medical, dental, 401(k), paid time off) begin after 30 days.
- Primary responsibilities: Safely operate company equipment in compliance with federal, state, and company regulations; maintain on-time deliveries and accurate ELD/logbook records; perform drop-and-hook and occasional live load/unload as required; represent the company professionally with customers.
- Minimum qualifications: Valid Class A CDL; age 21+. Recent graduates welcome—graduation from an accredited truck driving school (minimum 120 hours) required. Clean driving record (no major disqualifying violations or DUI within the past 5 years). Able to pass pre-employment urine and hair drug screens. Certain recent criminal convictions may affect eligibility and will be reviewed case-by-case.
