Picture the start of your shift at 5:55 PM in a clean, organized facility in York, PA. By 6:00 PM, you’re moving with purpose—staging raw materials, operating a forklift to feed the line, checking quality specs, and packaging finished goods for shipment. Over a 12-hour rolling night schedule (6:00 PM–6:00 AM), you’ll rotate through tasks that keep production humming and materials flowing.

What You’ll Work On

• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move WIP and finished product
• Support manufacturing and production tasks on the line
• Load, unload, stage, and organize inbound/outbound materials
• Package and prepare finished goods per specifications
• Follow safety, quality, and housekeeping standards every time
• Keep work areas orderly to ensure smooth operations
