Regional CDL-A Driver (Entry-Level)

10-4 Logistics USA seeks entry-level Regional CDL-A Drivers to operate dedicated regional dry van routes. This position is intended for recent CDL-A graduates who have completed truck driving training and are seeking steady, no-touch freight assignments on a regional schedule while maintaining a professional presence with customers and on the road.

• Compensation: Projected annual pay $70,000–$80,000.
• Schedule & home time: Regional routes with two days home every other week.
• Equipment & freight: Late-model Freightliner tractors with automatic transmissions, fully equipped; dry van freight; 100% no-touch.

Primary responsibilities

• Operate Class A commercial motor vehicles safely and in compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
• Transport dry van freight on assigned regional routes and adhere to scheduled routes and customer delivery instructions.
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections; report defects or maintenance needs promptly.
• Maintain accurate driving logs, inspection records, and required maintenance documentation to meet regulatory and company standards.
• Communicate professionally and promptly with dispatch and represent the employer professionally during interactions at customer locations and on the road.

Minimum qualifications

• Valid CDL-A license.
• Completion of a minimum of 120 hours of truck driving school within the past 12 months.
• Minimum age: 21 years.
• Ability to meet DOT medical and regulatory requirements for commercial drivers.
• Ability to pass required drug screening and background checks.
• Proficiency in English sufficient for safe operation and clear communication.
