You start the morning reviewing overnight yield data and nonconformance trends. By mid-day, you’re at the MRB table guiding Root Cause Corrective Actions. In the afternoon, you’re coaching a team on tightening a control plan and closing out a supplier audit. Along the way, you’re the connective tissue between customers, suppliers, and the shop floor—ensuring every product meets its promise.
As a Process Quality Engineer at our New Kensington, PA site, you will design, operate, and continuously refine quality systems that elevate product reliability and production performance. You’ll apply metrology, statistics, and human-factors savvy to prevent defects, streamline inspection, and harden processes across complex programs.
