If you answered yes, you might be the Assembly & Fulfillment Specialist we’re looking for at our Portsmouth, VA operation.

Your impact

You’ll be central to our production flow—from setting up equipment to ensuring each finished product is cleaned, packaged, labeled, and ready to ship. You’ll help keep the floor safe and orderly while collaborating closely with a team that values reliability and continuous improvement.

Core responsibilities

• Set up and operate production machinery and equipment.
• Monitor production to maintain required quality standards.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and perform basic maintenance.
• Clean, package, and label completed products for shipment.
• Keep the workspace clean, organized, and compliant with safety rules.
• Work with the team to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
• Report equipment or process issues to the supervisor quickly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous production/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Lean Manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Ability to read, interpret, and fulfill customer orders presented in various formats.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Comfortable reading drawings, instructions, and taking measurements.
• Collaborative approach and ability to work well on a team.
• Basic mechanical skills and familiarity with production equipment.
• Flexibility to work varying hours, including overtime when needed.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
