• Pay: 18.50–21.50 per hour

Role overview

Maintain and repair commercial cleaning and restoration equipment, blending mechanical and electrical troubleshooting while delivering great customer service.

Core responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain equipment such as truck-mounted carpet cleaning units, portable extractors, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers, and HEPA vacuums
• Work on gas engines including 2, 3, and 4-cylinder configurations
• Use manuals, schematics, and diagnostic tools to identify faults
• Document findings and explain repair options to customers
• Keep a clean, organized, and safe bench area
• Team with store staff to ensure an outstanding customer experience

Must-have qualifications

• Mechanical ability gained through hobbies, small engines, or equipment repair
• Basic mechanic’s tool set required
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Comfort lifting 50+ lbs regularly
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Detail oriented with a positive, can-do outlook

Nice to have

• Small engine, automotive, HVAC, or appliance repair experience
• Bilingual English Spanish
