Your shift begins by walking the line—listening for unusual sounds, scanning status lights, and confirming that every machine is ready to produce with precision. You review SOPs, calibrate tooling, and bring equipment up to spec so that every part we make meets exacting quality and efficiency standards. You log what you see, solve what you find, and collaborate with a tight-knit team that values safety and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Handle

  • Operate and care for production machinery, keeping performance at its best.
  • Run routine checks, diagnose variances, and troubleshoot issues before they escalate.
  • Follow and improve standard operating procedures to consistently produce high-quality output.
  • Assist with equipment setups, changeovers, and precise calibrations of tools and fixtures.
  • Document processes, results, and adjustments with accuracy and clarity.
  • Work shoulder-to-shoulder with teammates to elevate throughput, safety, and reliability.
  • Engage in training and continuous improvement efforts that sharpen skills and processes.

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus.
  • 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing or a related technical role.
  • Mechanical aptitude and a knack for structured problem solving.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, prints, and procedures.
  • Strong safety awareness and adherence to best practices on the floor.
  • Clear communication and collaborative teamwork style.
  • Flexibility to support changing schedules, including overtime when needed.
