The challenge
Keep stock levels right where they need to be—never too high, never too low.
Run cycle counts and full audits; pinpoint root causes and correct variances.
Partner with Purchasing and Sales to anticipate demand and set smart reorder points.
Use our inventory system to record movements, reconcile transactions, and publish reports.
Champion and refine inventory control practices that keep the warehouse organized.
Mentor and train new hires on how we track, count, and move inventory.
Triage and resolve inventory issues before they impact production or customers.
Work closely with the material blending team to stage materials for the molding department.
Must-haves
High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s in logistics or related discipline preferred.
Proven experience in inventory, warehousing, or related operations.
Accuracy-obsessed with strong organizational skills.
Fluency in inventory software plus Microsoft Office.
Comfort operating both independently and on a team in a fast-moving environment.
