You start your shift by reviewing assembly layouts and prints. You gather hardware—nuts, bolts, screws, and fabricated parts—and verify form, fit, and function of each piece. With fixtures set, you build subassemblies and complete mechanical units, test performance, record results, and package finished product for shipment.
Shop-based manufacturing environment with regular interaction across engineering, production, and office teams. The facility is clean and fast paced, supporting customers in manufacturing, medical, and aerospace markets. Expect periods of sitting or standing and some lifting and movement throughout the shift.
Recruiting for Shift 1 and Shift 2.
Entry level position with compensation starting at $18-$22 per hour.
