Junior Commercial Driver's License Truck Driver

You have earned your Class A CDL and are ready to build a career. We are recruiting recent CDL school graduates to join our expanding Boston-based operations in the Eastern fleet. Our paid training program is designed for new drivers who want mentorship, on-road experience, and a fast start to earning while developing safe driving practices.

• $1,600–$1,800+ weekly

Job duties and operating conditions

• Predictable regional routes operating primarily within New England and the Eastern U.S., with routes originating from Boston
• Approximately 3,000 miles per week
• No-touch dry van freight
• Most loads are drop-and-hook
• Automatic trucks fully loaded and assigned to each driver
• No slip seating
• 24/7 dispatch support
• Home time options to support work–life balance:

  • Home every other week

Training program

Drivers who have completed at least 120 hours of CDL school instruction may qualify for the paid training program. Selected trainees will work with an experienced mentor, focus on safety and compliance, and gain the on-road experience necessary to progress confidently within the company.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 120 hours of CDL school instruction
• Satisfactory driving record
• Must meet DOT and hiring requirements
• Availability to start as soon as possible preferred
