The work
- Own day-to-day field service across service calls, installations, and preventive maintenance in the local territory.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues; provide on-site training and collaborate with sales when needed.
- Communicate clearly with operators, engineers, and leaders at every level.
- Represent Ellison Technologies with professionalism and integrity.
- Maintain accurate customer records and technical documentation for every case and project.
What you bring
- Hands-on experience installing, maintaining, and repairing CNC machining centers and CNC turning centers.
- Well-rounded diagnostic and repair abilities across mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
- Field-ready mindset and strong maintenance/repair proficiency.
