What you’ll do

• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment to restore operation fast.
• Dial in machinery for peak performance and product quality.
• Log downtime events and pinpoint root causes.
• Replace/repair mechanical components and assemblies.
• Set up and change over equipment per specifications.
• Jump on maintenance calls to support tight production schedules.
• Join training sessions to strengthen machine knowledge.
• Support continuous improvement activities.
• Execute preventive maintenance tasks.

What it takes to succeed

• 1–2 years in a maintenance mechanic role (preferred)
• Knowledge across hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, and plumbing
• Independent troubleshooting and repair skills
• Experience with manual and pneumatic hand tools
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
• Lift up to 25 lbs; able to reach above shoulder level
• Solid organization and communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certifications are a plus
