Pay Rate: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour depending on experience
This position is primarily a warehouse support role with driving responsibilities. The majority of time will be spent assisting in the warehouse with product handling, inventory support, and general operations.
The driving component is limited to local deliveries based on sales demand and does not represent the primary function of the job. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on warehouse work and prefers driving only as part of a broader set of responsibilities, rather than as a full-time driving position.
When driving is required, the employee will safely deliver company products to local customers, maintaining product quality and building positive customer relationships.
Valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) – required
Current DOT Medical Card – required
Clean driving record (no accidents in the last 2 years preferred)
Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission trucks
Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently
Ability to lift and handle boxes weighing up to 100 lbs. regularly
Ability to perform physical warehouse work, including moving and organizing inventory
Assist with loading and unloading product from trucks
Move, organize, and stage product within the warehouse
Support inventory counts and product tracking
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Assist shipping team with daily operational needs
Driving Duties:
Complete local deliveries to customers in the Denver area
Operate a company vehicle (typically a bobtail refrigerated truck)
Unload deliveries at customer locations
Pick-up of packaging supplies in the Denver area when needed
Follow all traffic laws and DOT regulations
Local daily routes with multiple stops when driving is required
Home daily schedule (5 days, with occasional 6th day as needed)
Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Team-oriented with a willingness to assist wherever needed
Previous warehouse experience strongly preferred
Obey all traffic laws and company safety policies
Report mechanical issues, delays, or route changes to Shipping Manager
Be ready to begin work duties promptly upon arrival
Work overtime as needed
Report all accidents and complete required documentation
Maintain valid driver credentials at all times
Perform other duties as assigned
