M&A Corporate Attorney – New Brunswick, NJ (Middlesex County)

A well-established Middlesex County law firm is adding a corporate attorney to its deal team. The office is minutes from New Brunswick, Edison and Metuchen.

You will draft and negotiate acquisition agreements, run private equity deals from term sheet to closing, own the diligence and closing process, and advise on formation, governance and commercial contracts, with direct client contact throughout.

Five-plus years of corporate transactional practice with real M&A and closing experience. New Jersey admission required; New York or a transferable UBE score helps. Healthcare deal work is a plus. Writing samples will be requested.

$155,000 to $170,000 base with full benefits. Five days in the office.
