Precision CNC Programmer/Machinist — Multi-Axis Milling & Turning

Step into a day on our shop floor

It’s 7:00 a.m. on first shift in New Kensington, PA. You power up a vertical machining center, load a custom fixture you built yesterday, touch off tools you selected for a tough alloy, and run a first-article on a complex 5-axis contour. By mid-morning, you’re checking critical features against drawings and BOMs, capturing dimensional results, and updating the process routing so the team has a clean handoff. As second shift arrives (3:00 p.m.), you brief a teammate on tool life, inspection notes, and preventive maintenance completed, so production keeps humming through the evening.
