Job Title: Personal Care Assistant / Caregiver (Home Care)- Consistent Hours
Service Location: Joliet, Illinois 60435
Schedule: Part-Time – 10–20 Hours Per Week
Pay: Starting at $17/hour (based on experience and client needs)

What You’ll Do

As a caregiver, your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Helping with mobility support and safe transfers
• Providing companionship and emotional encouragement
• Preparing meals and assisting with light housekeeping
• Maintaining a safe and clean home environment
• Using a mobile app to clock in and document care
• Communicating regularly with our office team
• Maintaining reliable attendance and professional behavior

Consistency is essential—our clients depend on it.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of caregiving or home care experience (preferred)
• CNA or HHA certification (preferred but not required — training available for the right candidate)
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
• Smartphone for care documentation
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
