Imagine finishing a shift knowing the components you machined will be used in operating rooms around the world. As an Advanced Mill‑Turn Machining Technician, you’ll transform raw stock into precision medical instruments and implants—meeting exact specs, every time.

Your mission

• Prepare and prove out jobs on multi‑axis mill‑turns: perform complete setups, changeovers, and fixture/tool installation.
• Optimize programs: debug CNC code, adjust offsets, and execute tool changes to maintain accuracy and throughput.
• Finish with care: handle burr removal and finishing operations to meet surface and feature requirements.
• Manufacture by the book: interpret blueprints, inspection check sheets, and work instructions precisely.
• Measure what matters: perform in‑process and final inspections using calipers, micrometers, height stands, comparators, and additional precision instruments.
• Run digitally: leverage ERP and machine monitoring to launch work orders, track production, and record electronic quality checks.
• Elevate performance: champion continuous improvement tied to quality, efficiency, and on‑time delivery.

When you’ll work

2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday, 4:30 PM - 3:00 AM -or- 7:30 PM - 6:00 AM

What it takes

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; advanced technical schooling preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in precision machining; strong background with CNC mill‑turn equipment preferred.
• Demonstrated capability to set up, troubleshoot, and operate multi‑axis CNC machinery.
• Fluency in GD&T and Blueprint Reading.
