CDL Truck Driver – Recent Grads Welcome

10-4 Logistics USA is seeking full‑time W2 Class A CDL drivers for Florida‑based positions, including candidates with limited or no professional driving experience who qualify for a paid Class A training program. Opportunities are available across OTR, regional, and dedicated fleets, primarily operating east of I‑35. Training program (for candidates with limited or no experience):

• Training covers safe tractor‑trailer operation, compliant ELD use, trip reporting, pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections, and company procedures.
• Progress is assessed through supervised driving and competency evaluations prior to solo assignments.

Typical duties:

• Safely operate a Class A tractor‑trailer in accordance with DOT and company regulations.
• Haul primarily no‑touch dry van freight (approximately 70% drop‑and‑hook) for customers across the Eastern U.S.
• Manage schedules to meet pickup and delivery commitments and maintain on‑time performance.
• Maintain accurate ELD logs, trip reports, and DVIRs.
• Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections and report defects or maintenance needs.
• Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and team members.

Qualifications and eligibility:

• Valid Class A CDL or recent CDL school graduate who meets the minimum instruction requirement for the training program.
• Ability to meet DOT and company safety and qualification standards.
• Willingness to operate primarily east of I‑35 and to work assigned fleet schedules (OTR, regional, or dedicated).
