Competitive pay based on experience. Market value for the right person.We are hiring a Press Brake Operator to join a growing team in Orange Park. This is a full-service contract manufacturing environment supporting laser cutting, punching, press brake fabrication, CNC machining, welding, powder coating, and prototype-to-production work across multiple industries. The shop is known for quality, organization, and a strong team culture. Based on your meeting notes, the facility is clean, climate-controlled, well organized, and leadership places a big emphasis on morale, teamwork, and long-term fit. This role will work in the press brake department operating CNC and hydraulic press brake equipment used in precision metal fabrication. The Accurpress hydraulic Press Brake is one of the main machines used in the department. Equipment on site also includes a 250-ton CNC Press Brake with 144-inch bed and 6-axis backgauge, along with Safan 110-ton and 55-ton high-speed, high-precision electric press brakes using Wila New Standard Tooling.

What we are looking for
3 to 5+ years of press brake operating experience preferred, but open to training the right person with less experience
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings
Ability to read a tape measure to the 1/16
Ability to accurately use calipers and measuring tools
Ability to produce accurate bends and work to spec
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Coachable attitude and willingness to learn and grow with the team
Preferred background
Experience operating CNC and hydraulic press brakes in a fabrication or manufacturing environment
Experience with setups and tooling changes
Experience working with sheet metal parts and repeatable bend requirements
Familiarity with precision work and quality expectations
Experience in a production shop where print reading and measurement accuracy matter
Responsibilities
Operate CNC and hydraulic press brake equipment safely and efficiently
Read blueprints, job travelers, and work instructions to produce parts to spec
Perform setups, adjustments, and tooling changes as neededInspect first-piece and in-process parts using tape measures, calipers, and related tools
Maintain bend accuracy, consistency, and quality throughout production runs
Work closely with fabrication and production teams to support on-time delivery
Keep work area clean, organized, and aligned with shop standards
