Our client is hiring Portuguese-speaking Customer Service Agents for an on-site customer support role in Greece. This opportunity is open to entry-level candidates and requires relocation prior to the start date.
Provide customer assistance in Portuguese via phone, email, and digital channels
Handle inquiries related to services or products following established procedures
Resolve customer issues accurately and within defined timelines
Document interactions and actions taken in internal systems
Comply with quality standards, policies, and operational guidelines
Escalate cases when additional support is required
Fluent spoken and written Portuguese
Good command of English (level B2)
Previous experience is not required; full training will be provided
Basic computer skills and ability to use multiple systems
Good communication skills and customer-focused approach
Ability to work in an on-site environment
Willingness to relocate and reside in Greece
