Position Overview

Our client is hiring Portuguese-speaking Customer Service Agents for an on-site customer support role in Greece. This opportunity is open to entry-level candidates and requires relocation prior to the start date.

Core Responsibilities

  • Provide customer assistance in Portuguese via phone, email, and digital channels

  • Handle inquiries related to services or products following established procedures

  • Resolve customer issues accurately and within defined timelines

  • Document interactions and actions taken in internal systems

  • Comply with quality standards, policies, and operational guidelines

  • Escalate cases when additional support is required

Candidate Requirements

  • Fluent spoken and written Portuguese

  • Good command of English (level B2)

  • Previous experience is not required; full training will be provided

  • Basic computer skills and ability to use multiple systems

  • Good communication skills and customer-focused approach

  • Ability to work in an on-site environment

  • Willingness to relocate and reside in Greece
