A Day in the Life

As the plant transitions into its overnight production window, you arrive ready to solve problems fast. A robotic cell flags a fault—you trace it through ladder logic, confirm the I/O state at the PLC, swap a suspect sensor, and verify normal operation. Later, you coordinate a planned spindle change on a horizontal machining center, complete a precision alignment, and log the work in the CMMS. You finish the shift by wiring a new VFD, documenting parameters, and partnering with production to validate quality before handoff.

Technology You’ll Support

  • CNC vertical & horizontal machining centers
  • Robotic automation cells (24-hour production capability)
  • CNC turning, milling, and boring systems
  • Automated assembly, leak testing, and vision systems
