The Role
As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of healthcare technology. You'll be responsible for developing and optimizing our suite of applications, ensuring they meet ISO-9000 standards and our rigorous quality benchmarks. You'll also play a key role in integrating and maximizing the use of AI tools like ChatGPT across the organization.
Reporting Structure
You'll report directly to the CTO and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business Analysts and Customer Services.
Key Responsibilities
- AI-Driven Development: Integrate AI tools to automate and optimize various software development and data analysis aspects.
- Quality First: Ensure all software solutions are ISO-9000 compliant and adhere to our test-driven development practices.
- Code Reviews: Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior engineers.
- Agile Excellence: Work in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality software rapidly.
- Technical Communication: Translate technical complexities into simple terms for stakeholders.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, with a focus on healthcare being a plus.
- Product Development Experience: Must have experience in developing and supporting software products.
- Mastery in .Net Core, Python, Swift, Kotlin, and our entire tech stack.
- Proficient in AWS ECS, ActiveMQ, AWS KMS, MySQL, Memcached, and ELK.
- Agile and ISO-9000 experience is a must.
- Strong commitment to quality standards and secure coding practices.
