Project Manager – State of Colorado (Hybrid)

Location: Denver, CO (Must currently reside in Denver) Client: State of Colorado Duration: 12 months + extension Work Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Worksite: 1700 Broadway, Suite 550, Denver, CO 80290 Rate: $60–$70/hr W2 or $65–$75/hr C2C

Position Overview

Our direct client is seeking an experienced Project Manager (ID: 65601) to support a large, multi‑team program within the State of Colorado. This hybrid role requires strong coordination, documentation, communication, and project administration skills.

Key Responsibilities

Support program planning activities, including roadmap development and cross‑team dependency managementTrack and report weekly program statusManage documentation delivery, ensuring action items are completed, reviewed, and approvedMonitor program spending, metrics, requirements, issues, risks, and fundingCoordinate meeting logistics, notices, communications, and minutesPrepare and distribute program metrics, reports, plans, and schedulesTrack tasks and action items across multiple projectsSupport program and project change managementCommunicate updates to internal clients, team members, and leadershipProvide schedule information to clients, support teams, and vendors

Required Qualifications

Knowledge of on‑premises infrastructure (Windows, Linux, networking, security appliances, etc.)Experience with cloud environments, specifically Microsoft AzureUnderstanding of basic project management processes and principlesPMP certification (or equivalent)
