What You’ll Do

• Assemble aluminum windshield frames and related marine components
• Install hardware, brackets, gaskets, and seals per work instructions
• Inspect parts for cosmetic and dimensional quality
• Apply sealants and adhesives per specification
• Read and follow basic blueprints or assembly drawings\
• Use hand tools, measuring tools, and power tools safely
• Maintain clean and organized workstations (5S)
• Communicate issues to team leads and quality personnel

What You Bring

Education & Experience

• Assembly experience in manufacturing preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand/power tools
• Ability to read tape measure and follow written instructions
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Reliable attendance and positive team attitude

Pay Range

A reasonable estimate of the salary pay range for this role is $18- $20 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location.
