Logistics Route Driver & Shipping Associate

A day in the role

At 7:30 AM, you review your route, check the Ford box truck or F-150, and hit the road with precision. By late morning, you’re greeting customers, confirming paperwork, and unloading parts with care. Midday, you’re back on-site pitching in with shipping—picking, packing, labeling—and keeping the warehouse organized so orders move fast. In the afternoon, you close out deliveries, verify signatures, and complete a quick vehicle inspection so everything’s ready for tomorrow.

What you’ll handle

Driving & Delivery (Primary)

• Transport products and materials safely to customers and suppliers
• Load and unload items, maintaining accuracy and protecting product quality
• Follow planned routes and timing to meet customer commitments
• Verify delivery documents and collect required signatures
• Conduct routine vehicle checks and report issues promptly
• Operate company vehicles confidently: a box truck and a Ford F‑150

Shipping & Warehouse Support (As Needed)

• Assist with picking, packing, staging, and labeling outbound orders
• Keep materials organized and work areas clean and efficient
• Support warehouse flow during slower delivery windows
• Help ensure accurate, on-time order processing

What you bring

• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Experience in delivery, logistics, or warehousing preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded
• Works well independently and with a team
• Comfort operating a box truck and Ford F‑150
