Core Responsibilities
- Provide a full scope of general dentistry, including operative dentistry, anterior and premolar endodontics, and simple to complex extractions.
- Develop, communicate, and implement comprehensive treatment plans that prioritize patient education and long-term oral health.
- Collaborate with hygienists, dental assistants, and clinical staff to deliver efficient, high-quality patient care.
- Coordinate with laboratory technicians and utilize digital workflows to plan and deliver fixed, removable, and implant-supported restorations.
- Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant electronic health records and documentation in accordance with applicable state board standards.
- Adhere to clinical protocols for infection control, safety, and quality assurance.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from a CODA-accredited dental school.
- Active or eligible license
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Valid DEA registration.
- Proficiency or comfort with digital dentistry workflows (intraoral scanners, CBCT) is preferred.
- Strong chairside manner, effective communication skills, and commitment to patient-centered care.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in high-volume, fast-paced general practice settings.
- Additional training or interest in implants, endodontics, or orthodontic (clear aligner) therapy.
- Spanish language proficiency is a significant advantage given the local patient population.
