Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, and loaders in a safe and efficient manner.
• Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
• Follow safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
• Assist in loading and unloading materials as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding project progress and equipment status.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and maintenance activities.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) required.
• Proven experience operating heavy equipment in a construction or industrial setting.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and work in various weather conditions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic mechanical skills for equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
