CDL A Regional Driver Trainee
365 Freight USA is hiring recent CDL-A graduates and newly licensed drivers in the Dallas, TX area for a paid 4- to 6-week mentor program that leads to solo regional driving. This opportunity provides hands-on road training, modern equipment, full benefits after training, and a clear path into regional routes while keeping schedules oriented toward the Dallas area and surrounding states.
- Paid 4- to 6-week mentor training with an experienced driver
- $1,600 to $1,800 per week after successful completion of training
- Weekly pay by direct deposit
- Regional routes serving Texas and surrounding regions across the South, Midwest, and East
- Schedules designed to keep drivers closer to home in the Dallas area
- Brand-new Volvo VNL tractors
- Drop-and-hook dry van freight for more predictable loading and unloading

Route details and primary responsibilities:
- Begin with a paid mentor program focused on safe, professional driving skills
- Transition into solo regional assignments following successful completion of training
- Operate dry van freight on regional routes serving the South, Midwest, and East
- Follow DOT regulations, company policies, and hours-of-service requirements
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logs and required paperwork
- Communicate professionally with mentors, dispatch, and customers
Qualifications:
- Valid Class A CDL
- Graduate of an accredited CDL school
- Clean motor vehicle record
- Able to meet DOT physical requirements and complete required pre-employment screenings
- Safety-first mindset, reliability, coachability, and professional communication
- No prior over-the-road experience required
