### Become a Key Player as an Assembler
You will help safely produce finished hose assemblies and pressure-tested products to meet customer quality and productivity expectations. You will work closely with the Value Stream Team Lead and maintenance to resolve equipment issues and support continuous improvement. This is an onsite role on 2nd Shift (3:30 PM – 11:30 PM), Monday–Friday, with mandatory overtime as needed.
### Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team
- Operate hose assembly and pressure-test equipment to meet quality and productivity targets
- Pull and review set-up sheets, tooling specifications, crimp dimensions, drawings, and pressure ratings for each order
- Pull components, inspect tubing/hose, and verify dimensions and crimps against drawings and requirements
- Perform pressure testing of hose assemblies and properly label finished product
- Complete production reports, maintain accurate inventory records, and adhere to quality standards
- Maintain a clean, orderly work area and follow 5S practices
- Detect, report, and escalate problem areas or unusual conditions to the Value Stream Team Lead
- Participate in peer teams and lean manufacturing or continuous improvement activities
### Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing regular lifting, pushing, pulling, reaching, bending, and twisting
- Basic computer skills and ability to read process documents and set-up sheets
- Attention to detail and ability to monitor machine sounds to identify issues
- Willingness to work 2nd shift with flexible hours and short-notice overtime

- Prior production or manufacturing experience (preferred)
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Good math, reading, and writing skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and exercise sound decision-making
### Pay Range
$16.60 - $20.75/hour
