Beast Mode Truckin is recruiting Class A drivers for a dedicated Eastern regional grocery account operating 53' refrigerated trailers. Recent CDL graduates are welcome; a structured mentor/OTR training program and trainee pay are available for drivers with limited experience.
Compensation & benefits
- Average weekly pay: $1,300–$1,700 (varies by experience)
- Pay per mile: $0.49–$0.81 (based on experience)
- Trainee pay: $650 per week for drivers with under 6 months’ OTR/regional experience
- Stop pay: $10 for first stop; $15 for each additional stop
- Short‑haul pay: $25 for loads under 50 miles
- Shift differential: $0.03 per mile for work from Friday 17:00 to Monday 04:00
- Monthly performance bonus: $0.06 per mile for drivers exceeding 8,200 miles in a month with no accidents (fuel efficiency target: 7 MPG)

Minimum qualifications
- Age 21 or older with a valid Class A CDL
- Open to experienced regional drivers and recent CDL graduates (mentor program and trainee pay available)
- Reasonably clean driving record: no major accidents, major violations, or suspensions within the past 5 years
- No DUI convictions within the past 5 years
- Not terminated from most recent employment for safety‑related reasons
- Generally stable 10‑year work history; acceptable exceptions for schooling or training
- Minimum recent employment: 6 months in the last year or 1 year in the last 3 years
- Able to pass pre‑employment urine and hair drug screens
- Criminal offenses will be reviewed on a case‑by‑case basis
