Industrial Maintenance Mechanic (Multicraft)

Industrial Maintenance Mechanic (Multicraft)

Location: Richmond, IN

Shifts Available: 2nd and 3rd

Compensation: $28.00–$45.00 per hour, based on experience

Step onto the floor of a well-established manufacturer where production depends on your skill to keep complex systems running. Your shift starts with a quick handoff from the prior crew, a review of the maintenance backlog, and a scan of live production lines. A conveyor hesitates, a gearbox runs hot, a sensor flags an error—this is where you shine. From electrical diagnostics to mechanical rebuilds, you’ll be the steady hand that keeps throughput on target.
