We're looking for a talented Marketing Manager to lead our branding and demand generation efforts, driving growth and enhancing our market presence.
Role Summary
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for shaping and executing Billor’s overall marketing strategy, with a strong focus on branding, demand generation, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM). You will play a pivotal role in creating compelling campaigns, optimizing marketing efforts, and aligning closely with sales and leadership teams to achieve our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Management:
- Develop and implement a cohesive branding strategy to strengthen Billor’s market positioning.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all channels.
- Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, and digital assets.

Demand Generation:
- Plan and execute demand generation campaigns that drive qualified leads.
- Use a mix of marketing channels, including paid advertising, email marketing, webinars, and SEO, to generate awareness and engagement.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, optimizing for ROI.

Account-Based Marketing (ABM):
- Design and execute ABM strategies to target and engage high-value accounts.
- Collaborate with sales to identify target accounts and develop personalized marketing initiatives.

Content Marketing:
- Oversee the development of content that supports lead generation and brand awareness, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and videos.
- Ensure all content aligns with Billor’s brand voice and resonates with our target audience.

Data-Driven Insights:
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and campaign performance metrics.
- Provide actionable recommendations to refine marketing strategies and tactics.

Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales, product, and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a proven track record in branding, demand generation, and ABM.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Exceptional communication and project management skills.
- Experience in the Technology, Logistics, and FinTech industries is a plus.
