Commercial Roofing Field Operations Superintendent

Role Snapshot

Picture this: It’s daybreak in Milford, Ohio. You’re walking the first jobsite, meeting foremen, confirming safety briefings, and setting the pace for multiple commercial roofing crews. By mid-morning, you’re coordinating materials and equipment allocations, aligning with Project Managers and the General Manager on schedules and budgets, and checking quality against plans and manufacturer standards. In the afternoon, you’re mentoring a new crew leader, updating punch lists, and closing out a site walk with a GC. That’s a day in the life of our Commercial Roofing Field Operations Superintendent.
