Ready to Own Complex Shop Builds as a Data Center HAX Systems Fabrication Welder?

Where: Decatur, Alabama

Do you excel in a shop setting where blueprints lead the way and quality welds keep production moving? Texas Trades is seeking experienced welders to fabricate structural components for HAX Systems used in data centers—long-term work with consistent hours on the day shift.

Is this you?

• Have strong experience in industrial fabrication and manufacturing?
• Comfortable reading and executing from detailed fabrication drawings?
• Built structural and heavy industrial weldments (or eager to put that experience to work)?
• Bring reliable transportation and the kind of work ethic others count on?

Prove your skill

You will need to pass the following weld tests:

• 3G V-Groove Uphill Test
• 4G Overhead Test

What to expect

• Day shift schedule
• Approximately 50 hours each week
• Steady, long-term project work in a fabrication shop
• Pay range: $23–$28 per hour, based on experience and weld test performance
